1. Good Communication & Front-Desk Management: like Greeting Visitors, Answering and routing calls, and Managing Inquiries
2. Administrative Support: like Mail & Deliveries, documentation & filing & Data Entry
3. Scheduling & coordination, like Calendar Management, Travel & logistics, and Meeting Preparation
4. Digital Correspondence: Managing a general "info@" or "admin@" email inbox and ensuring every inquiry is routed to the correct department within a specific timeframe.
5. CCTV & Access Monitoring: Monitors security feeds and manages the electronic gate or door access systems for employees and contractors.
6. Information Distribution: Drafting and distributing internal memos or updates regarding office holiday hours, maintenance schedules, or new office policies.
