Key Responsibilities:
: Prepare and produce a variety of chocolates and chocolate-based products
: Develop new recipes and innovative flavor combinations
: Temper chocolate and ensure proper handling techniques
: Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation
: Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
: Work collaboratively with the production team
Requirements:
: Proven experience as a chocolatier or chocolate maker
: Knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decorating techniques
: Creativity and passion for confectionery arts
: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
: Strong attention to detail and consistency
: Culinary certification is a plus
