Key Responsibilities:
Manage progress Reports, meetings, and appointments, Handle correspondence. emails, and phone calls.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or Executive Assistant, Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic required), Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Professional appearance and attitude, Experience in construction industry is preferred. philippine & indians are prefered.
