Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team
Handle correspondence, emails and document filing
Coordinate meetings, schedules and site-related communications
Maintain records, reports and office documentation
Assist in procurement, invoicing and basic accounting tasks
Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of construction/admin work (preferred)
