✔We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our team for an upcoming hotel construction project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all technical aspects of the hotel construction project
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations
• Manage project timelines, quality control, and technical problem-solving
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and materials
✔Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in construction, preferably in hotel or large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience working in the GCC region is a plus
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
