We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager for our restaurant operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of HR experience, prior experience working in Saudi Arabia, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and fluency in Arabic to effectively manage staff and communicate across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Handle performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement
Support Saudization (Nitaqat) and workforce planning initiatives
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of HR experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector
Prior HR experience in Saudi Arabia
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing multi-branch restaurant operations
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
