Roles & Responsibilities
• Drive business development initiatives across the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Industrial markets.
• Manage and expand business activities with key Saudi clients including Sabic, Aramco, NWCC, Sadara, and Saudi Electric Company.
• Assess opportunities with existing and potential clients to support strategic growth.
• Identify new business prospects, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with technical and project teams to develop high-quality proposals and technical solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments to refine business strategy.
• Support preparation of tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or market development in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
• Experience in power, oil & gas, petrochemical, cooling, chemical, or waste heat recovery sectors within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving revenue objectives.
• Experience collaborating with or representing international principals, OEMs, or technology providers.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
