Operations Co-Ordinator – (Land Freight Forwarding)

A NEW Freight Forwarding company is going to start operation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and we are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage daily Land Freight Shipments Across Saudi Arabia and GCC countries. The candidate will coordinate with Customers, Truck Movements, Communicate with Drivers, and ensure smooth shipment execution.

Position: Operations Co-Ordinator – (Land Freight Forwarding)
Industry: Freight Forwarding
Location: Jeddah - Saudi Arabia
Iqama: Valid and Transferable

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily road freight shipments
• Arrange trucks with transporters and drivers
• Monitor shipment status and update customers
• Manage loading and delivery schedules
• Handle transport documentation
• Coordinate GCC cross-border shipments
• Resolve operational issues and delays
• Maintain transporter database
• Ensure timely proof of delivery (POD)

Requirements
• 2–5 years logistics or Land Freight Forwarding experience
• Having good relationship with Customers who can also work with us.
• Knowledge of Saudi road transport routes
• Arabic & English communication skills
• Strong WhatsApp & phone coordination skills
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure

Package: Basic Salary SR 2500 + Fooding SR 500 + Accommodation & Transportation SR 1000 + Medical Insurance + Iqama + Vacation Ticket
