We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, approvals, and payments
Maintain and update customer records and sales data
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and sales documents
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and site visits
Ensure timely processing of invoices
Provide administrative support to the sales department
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in a similar role (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
