Instore Barista Training Specialist

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for training & supervising the barista processes in the stores for producing the best quality.
Also handling any issues in the barista machines related to configurations & setup.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supporting barista operations in the stores and training initiatives for the employees in the stores
2. Assist in managing day-to-day barista activities, including calibration
3. Developing training programs for barista staff, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with food safety procedures.
4. Work closely with the management team to implement operational improvements, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide ongoing support to barista staff.
5. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, and upholding customer service standards.
6. Checking the products quality in the stores after implementation of the barista operations as per standards
7. Confirms the availability of the barista products in the stores
8. Contributes to the barista staff schedule to ensure the availability of the required staff in the store
9. Applying the company policies and working to achieve its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.
10. Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.

Education : Bachelor’s degree
Computer Skills Very good in MS office & Internet browsing
Languages : English & Arabic will be added advantage
Ideal experience : 3 years’ experience in similar position in reputable company
3 years’ experience in barista sections in stores
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent teamwork skills
