Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fit-Out Estimator responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including commercial, retail, and residential spaces. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to support tender submissions and project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for fit-out works
Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Conduct site visits when required
Prepare tender submissions and pricing proposals
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization
Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
Monitor and update project costs during execution
Requirements:
Proven experience in fit-out estimation or construction estimation
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and processes
Proficiency in estimation tools and MS Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Preferred:
Experience in commercial or retail fit-out projects
Knowledge of local market rates (Saudi Arabia/GCC preferred)
