Responsible for installing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting an organization’s network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient connectivity. Along with Enterprise Network CCTV surveillance Maintenance and Installation Configuration cameras.
Responsibilities.
Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues ‣ Ensure system security, backups, and performance Handle user access, permissions, and system updates.
‣ Experience as an IT System Administrator or similar roles Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers & networking ‣ Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP ‣ Strong problem-solving skills.
Windows Server Administration (2016 / 2019/ 2022 • Active Directory & Group Policy Management • DNS, DHCP & File Server Administration • User Account & Access Control Management System Installation, Configuration & Maintenance • Network Troubleshooting (LAN/WAN) • Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions • IT Security, Patch Management & Compliance • Microsoft 365 & Azure (Basic Knowledge).
Ticketing Systems & Technical Documentation (King Saud University) Currently working here.
Coordinate with Multvendors and service providers (Currently Huawei and Cisco)
Ensure network availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science.
4+ years of experience in IT Support, network and System administrator.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Juniper, Huawei or similar devices.
Familiar With Microsoft365.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
