Establish and implement the project safety training system.
Organize and conduct induction training, specialized safety training, and daily toolbox talks to ensure all personnel possess the required safety awareness and are certified before commencing work.
Prepare training plans, develop training materials, and maintain complete training records.
Support site safety inspections and corrective actions by delivering targeted retraining programs.
Continuously enhance employees’ safety awareness and ensure compliance with contract requirements, HSE standards, and Mostadam-related training requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project safety management or safety training.
Familiar with construction site safety regulations and HSE management systems.
Strong training delivery, presentation, and communication skills.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Good command of English, with the ability to independently conduct training sessions.
Capable of meeting project and client requirements regarding safety and environmental training.
