Job Purpose:
To oversee the management and operation of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicle readiness, efficient utilization, adherence to scheduled maintenance, and the highest levels of safety and discipline in vehicle movement and deployment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
First: Fleet Management and Operation
• Monitoring the daily movement of all company vehicles.
• Allocating vehicles according to operational needs and ensuring optimal utilization.
• Organizing travel schedules and driver assignments (if applicable).
• Monitoring fuel consumption and minimizing waste.

Second: Tracking and Monitoring
• Monitoring GPS tracking systems for all vehicles.
• Preparing periodic reports on:
• Vehicle movements
• Operating hours
• Unjustified stops
• Investigating any unauthorized use and taking necessary action.

Third: Maintenance and Breakdown Management
• Scheduling and monitoring scheduled maintenance for all vehicles. • Promptly follow up on breakdowns and repairs.
• Coordinate with workshops and service providers.
• Maintain a complete maintenance record for each vehicle.

Fourth: Compliance
• Monitoring:
• Vehicle registration forms
• Insurance
• Periodic inspections
• Ensuring that no vehicle is in operation if it is in violation of regulations or has expired documentation.
• Monitoring and addressing traffic violations.

• Ensuring drivers comply with traffic and safety regulations.
• Investigating accidents and preparing necessary reports.
• Submitting recommendations to reduce accidents and risks.

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration or Logistics).
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management.
• Knowledge of vehicle tracking and management systems.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian traffic regulations.
