Requirements:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Support:
Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables and fruits.
Help cooks by measuring ingredients, mixing sauces, or monitoring cooking processes.
Assemble and plate basic dishes or pack takeout orders.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery by hand or using a dishwasher.
Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, ovens, walls, and floors.
Dispose of trash, garbage, and food waste properly.
Stock & Inventory Management:
Unload food deliveries and store supplies in freezers, refrigerators, or storage areas.
Rotate stock to ensure fresh inventory and remove expired items.
Kitchen Maintenance:
Maintain clean and organized storage, walk-in coolers, and workstations.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and stored properly
