Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers on-site
Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks
Dig trenches, backfill, and perform basic groundwork as required
Mix and prepare construction materials such as concrete and mortar
Hold tools and materials and support installation activities
Set up and dismantle temporary structures (scaffolding, barriers, etc.)
Remove debris and maintain site cleanliness
Follow all health and safety regulations and wear PPE at all times
Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Skills & Qualifications
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Basic understanding of construction tools and materials
Good work ethic and reliability
Awareness of safety procedures on construction sites
