Filipino - Admin Assistant Cum Document Controller

Administrative Duties:
Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and record keeping

Document Control Duties:
Manage and maintain all company documents (hard copy and electronic)
Ensure proper filing, indexing, and archiving of documents
Control document distribution and ensure the latest versions are used
Track document revisions and maintain version control
Ensure compliance with company policies and document standards
Retrieve documents as requested by staff or management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as Admin Assistant or Document Controller
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of document management systems is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
