We are a leading Bahrain-based Tower Crane and Construction Hoist rental and Support firm. We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Tower Crane Maintenance Crew members to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for routine and corrective maintenance, inspection, and repair of tower crane and passenger hoists. Experienced industrial electricians who are willing to work on Tower Cranes and Construction Hoists are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and structural components of various makes and models of tower cranes.
• Conduct thorough inspections and functional checks of crane systems, including safety devices, hoisting mechanisms, slewing units, and travel gear, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults and breakdowns using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty parts, such as motors, gearboxes, contactors, limit switches, cables, and structural pins.
• Assist in the erection and dismantling of tower cranes as required, under the supervision of the site manager or crane supervisor.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all work performed, including parts used and failure analysis.
• Train and mentor local staff or junior technicians as necessary.
