Responsible for QA/QC documentation of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspections,
requests, non-compliance reports and site instructions/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
Develop and determine all standards for performing inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain all high-quality standards for all processes.
Review the quality of all materials at the site; ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
Basic familiarity and knowledge of standards and documents like ACI, ASTM, SAIC, SAER, AASHTO, SAES, SAMSS, and SATIP
Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, quality manuals, and procedures, and ensure site work is done according to project specifications and standards.
Implement quality control procedures and the ITP (inspection test plan) for the project, and ensure that the work is done according to approved drawings.
Coordinate with various disciplines engineers on site and implement the directions of the client representatives.
Develop a quality control system and find ways to increase productivity.
Develop a method statement for the activity and inspection test plan and checklist based on project specifications.
Rise RFIs daily for work ready for inspection.
Inspect all types of construction works, including earthwork, sub-grade, sub-base, and aggregate base course.
Prepare daily activities, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the laboratory.
Check slump tests and temperature tests of fresh concrete on site.
Review technical reports for rehabilitation work according to site conditions and contract.
Review drawings and check material availability on site according to drawings
Supervise various construction works for infrastructure and civil activities, including roads.
Participate in weekly quality meetings (internal and client).
