• Basic AutoCAD
● Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
● Basic Safety Training. Maintain any Building Management system (BMS) & HVAC Control System.
● Ability to inspect and fix the field devices i.e. Sensors, actuators and VFDs etc.
● Strong knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot the issues in MCC & DDC Panels.
● Able to monitor and control the Mechanical & Electrical systems from Graphics supervisory.
● Able to read and understand Electrical and Mechanical Designs/Wiring/layouts.
● Worked on all kind of HVAC units i.e. AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Split Units and PSU etc.
● Proficient in using MS Office suite software.
● Ensuring that work is being carried out in safe and hazard-free way.
