We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer with strong expertise in complete site execution and finishing works for villa and building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end finishing activities, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with project specifications.
???? Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute complete finishing works including:
Plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceilings, joinery, façade, waterproofing
Oversee site activities from structure completion to final handover
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with civil, MEP, architects, and subcontractors
Prepare and monitor snag lists, inspections, and rectifications
Ensure proper material approvals and quality control
Manage subcontractors and labor teams on site
Track project progress and ensure on-time completion
Maintain site reports, daily progress, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Assist in client inspections and project handover
???? Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
4–8 years of experience in construction, with strong focus on finishing works
Proven experience in villa / residential / building projects
Ability to handle complete site execution independently
???? Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques
Ability to read and interpret architectural & shop drawings
Experience with AutoCAD
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures
Basic planning and reporting skills (Excel, reports)
