We are seeking a PC Support Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and related IT equipment. The candidate must be based in Bahrain and available to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, software, and business applications.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
Document support requests and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior IT staff.
Requirements:
Must be based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in PC support, desktop support, or IT helpdesk roles.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL Foundation.
