Assist in installation and maintenance of substation equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and control panels
Support cable laying, cable pulling, and termination work
Help in assembling and fixing electrical components and structures
Assist technicians during testing and commissioning of substation equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Handle tools and equipment safely and properly
Follow all safety procedures, especially high-voltage safety rules
Support in grounding (earthing) and cable tray installation work
Carry and arrange materials required for site work
Report any faults or issues to the supervisor
