We are looking for an experienced HSE officer to join our site team in Riyadh South for an ongoing earthworks and civil construction project.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field
NEBOSH IGC / OSHA 30-hour or equivalent safety certification
Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in civil construction (earthworks, utilities, roads, or general civil)
Familiar with Saudi HSE regulations and reporting procedures
Good English communication skills (spoken & written); Arabic or Chinese is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks
Monitor compliance with HSE plans and permit-to-work systems
Report near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions
Maintain HSE records and assist HSE Manager with audits
