Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals in International Business Development for a leading organization in the Power & EPC sector, specializing in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities in T&D and power infrastructure projects.
• Drive EPC project opportunities including substations, transmission lines, and electrification projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify strategic partners in target regions.
• Develop and execute international market expansion strategies.
Client Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with government utilities, transmission companies, EPC clients, consultants, and international agencies.
• Engage with stakeholders through business meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
Commercial Negotiation & Contracts
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with clients and partners.
• Support management in pricing strategy, contract finalization, and commercial terms.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor global energy trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor activities.
• Provide strategic inputs for expansion into new geographies and power segments.
Revenue & Target Achievement
• Drive international business targets aligned with company growth strategy.
• Maintain BD pipeline reports and opportunity tracking for senior management.

Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) or M.Tech (Power/Electrical)
• MBA / PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)

Required Skills
• Strong understanding of international markets & techno-commercial requirements
• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; French preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical ability and deadline-oriented approach
