• High-end hotel-style suite design
• Custom woodwork (similar to attached references)
• Focus on practical + buildable design (not concept only)

Scope of Work:
• Master Bedroom Suite (hotel-style design)
• Walk-in closet (full detailed joinery design)
• TV wall / media unit (custom wood curved design)
• Internal entrance + living seating area
• Courtyard / garden walls design
• Kitchen + laundry layout
• Roof design → seating area + skylight concept

VERY IMPORTANT (Execution Level):
We are NOT looking for concept designers only.
The designer must provide:
• Realistic 3D rendering (high-end)
• Shop drawings / detailed drawings with exact measurements
• Full joinery details for carpentry (wardrobes / TV unit / wood panels)
• Material specifications (wood, finishes, lighting, etc.)
• Designs that are 100% buildable by contractors

• Strong experience in luxury villas / hotel-style interiors
• Expert in 3D tools (3ds Max / SketchUp + V-Ray / Lumion)
• Strong knowledge in joinery & woodwork details
• Ability to solve execution issues with contractors
• Must understand real site constraints
