Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing clients
• Develop customized workout plans based on individual goals and fitness levels
• Provide one-on-one and group training sessions
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Offer guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and motivation
• Stay updated with industry trends and fitness techniques
Requirements:
• Certification in Personal Training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification
• Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Experience in group fitness or specialized training (e.g., weight loss, strength training, rehabilitation)
