AS DOCUMENTS CONTROLLER AND WAREHOUSE KEEPER I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR
Manage and organize all company documents (hard copy & digital) efficiently.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records in Excel or system.
Control document filing, tracking, and revision to ensure accuracy.
Maintain all necessary documents related to warehouse operations.
Monitor stock records and update inventory data regularly.
Receive, store, and issue materials as per company procedures.
Keep proper documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
Coordinate with departments to ensure correct documentation and stock availability.
Maintain organized filing system for easy document retrieval.
Ensure compliance with company policies and document confidentiality.
