changes, incidents, and projects across multiple banking channels including all banking applications following
Agile/Waterfall methodologies, having expertise in SDLC/STLC processes, test scenario designing and defect
lifecycle management tools using CLM and Jira. Also have overseen complex test data creation for digital banking
services involved in different projects ensuring coverage of critical scenarios in alignment with Saudi Central Bank
Regulatory Authority (SAMA). This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with
business owners, analysts, and development teams with regards to overall test execution including reporting
bugs, finding gaps etc. and also by providing valuable support by participating in audit activities, and generating
daily/weekly dashboards to track progress and ensure timely issue resolution and have also consistently ensured
timely execution of test plans, adherence to quality metrics, and alignment with business objectives.
