* Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end fit-out projects (commercial/residential)
Oversee site execution, timelines, and quality control
Handle vendor sourcing, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development
Support company setup, operations, and strategic planning
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety, and quality standards
Manage budgeting, cost control, and project profitability
* Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Contracting
Strong knowledge of materials, BOQs, drawings, and site execution
Familiarity with Saudi market, suppliers, and regulations
Good network of vendors, clients, or industry contacts (preferred)
Ability to handle multiple roles in a startup environment
Basic understanding of business development and project costing
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
