We are seeking a highly organized, self-disciplined HR Freelancer to manage end-to-end government relations and human resources tasks for a portfolio of SMEs. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance across all major Saudi digital portals and ensuring internal task management remains seamless.
Key Responsibilities
Government Platform Management: Full ownership of Qiwa, Muqeem, SPL, ZATCA, Naqel, and SBC. This includes renewals, contract management, and compliance filings.
Labor Law Compliance: Providing guidance and execution based on current Saudi Labor Laws to ensure all SME operations are legally sound.
Task & Workflow Management: Utilizing ClickUp and CRM applications to track progress, document processes, and meet deadlines.
Time Tracking: Accurate logging of hours using industry-standard time-tracking tools to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Platform Expertise: Proven experience navigating the intricacies of Saudi government portals.
Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in ClickUp (or similar project management tools) and CRM systems.
Soft Skills: Exceptional time management and "self-starting" capabilities. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Location: Based in Jeddah is a strong preference for occasional in-person alignment.
