• Ensure 100% equipment readiness for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Lead workshop operations & maintenance planning to reduce downtime
• Drive data-based decisions through breakdown analysis & reporting
• Act as the key link between KSA operations and UAE HQ
• Enforce safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

• 3–5 years’ experience in operations / lifting / equipment industry
• Strong in fleet & workshop management
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
• A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a high-responsibility role
