Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry, with specific experience in luxury hotel or hospitality projects.
Certifications: ISO 9001 internal auditor certification is preferred, along with specialized technical certifications.
Skills: Strong understanding of building systems (MEP), finishing techniques, and specialized construction standards.
Leadership: Strong communication skills, ability to lead a QC team, and Proficiency in using quality monitoring software.
