Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with operations team for service delivery
🔹 Requirements:
Proven experience in Facility Management industry (mandatory)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and client-handling ability
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
GCC experience will be an added advantage
