We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Perfume Sales Executive to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fragrances, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer preferences to recommend suitable products.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell perfume products to customers
Assist customers in selecting fragrances based on their preferences
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain product knowledge of all perfume lines and new launches
Ensure attractive product display and proper stock arrangement
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team for replenishment
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail sales (preferably perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and customer-oriented personality
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of fragrance notes (e.g., oud, floral, woody, oriental)
Multilingual skills (Arabic/English is a plus)
Experience in GCC retail market
