Job Title: HSE Coordinator

Job Summary:
The HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of HSE systems, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and managing all HSE-related documentation and coordination with clients such as Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Ma’aden, and SABIC. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with client-specific HSE standards. Key Responsibilities.

1. HSE Coordination:
Coordinate daily HSE activities at the site and office.
Act as a liaison between the project team and client HSE representatives.
Ensure compliance with company and client HSE policies and procedures.
Attend client HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and audits.

2. Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare, review, and submit HSE documents (HSE Plan, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, JSA).
Maintain and update HSE records, logs, and reports.
Ensure all documentation meets the standards of clients like Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Ma’aden, and SABIC.
Track approvals and ensure timely submission of documents.

3. Client Interaction:
Coordinate directly with client HSE teams for approvals, clarifications, and inspections.
Handle documentation portals and systems used by clients (SAP, SharePoint, client portals).
Ensure compliance with client-specific procedures and reporting formats.

4. Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices.
Report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for internal and client submission.

5. Training & Awareness:
Coordinate HSE inductions and training sessions.
Ensure all workers meet client safety certification requirements.
Support awareness campaigns and safety initiatives.

6. Audit & Inspection Support:
Assist in internal and external HSE audits.
Close out audit findings and track corrective actions.
Prepare documentation for client inspections.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred.

Experience:
3–5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects.
Experience working with major clients like Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Ma’aden, or SABIC is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and international standards.

Good communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with client documentation systems and procedures
Attention to detail and a compliance-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
