We are looking for an experienced Operation & Sales Manager to join our Equipment Rental Company.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily rental operations and fleet availability
Handle sales activities and achieve monthly targets
Develop new clients and maintain existing customer relationships
Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and follow-up with customers
Coordinate with drivers, workshop, and logistics team
Ensure smooth delivery, collection, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in equipment rental industry
Strong knowledge of rental operations and sales process
Good communication and leadership skills
Any nationality can apply
