Bakery Chef (Bread & Pastry)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads (artisan, sourdough, rolls, etc.)
Produce high-quality pastries such as croissants, danishes, and puff pastry items
Handle all dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and baking processes
Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation
Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in bread and pastry production
Strong knowledge of dough handling and baking techniques
Ability to work early morning shifts
Attention to detail and passion for baking
Ability to work efficiently in a team
