Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing the company’s Odoo ERP system to meet operational needs. This includes handling ZATCA integration, e-Invoicing, tax automation, format adjustments, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
ALL IT Hardware and Software
Implement, configure, and maintain Odoo ERP modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, etc.)
Customize and optimize invoice and report formats according to company standards.
Develop and test system workflows to improve process efficiency.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Analyze business processes and propose Odoo-based solutions.
Coordinate with finance and IT teams for seamless data migration and automation.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Odoo-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Odoo implementation and customization (minimum 3 years preferred).
Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of API integration, server management, and Odoo module development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience working with manufacturing or food industry ERP systems.
Certification or proven record in Odoo functional/technical implementation.
Hands-on experience with tax automation tools and accounting modules.
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying system improvement opportunities.
