This position requires a specialist capable of preparing the candidates for functional requirements of the Saudi professional landscape.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both the pedagogical design and the classroom execution of a high-impact curriculum, ensuring students achieve measurable proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and formal communication protocols within a thirty-day window.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Engineering: Develop a rigorous, one-month mastery pathway encompassing phonetic foundations, syntactic structures, and professional vocabulary.
Literacy & Reading Comprehension: Implement systematic instruction in Arabic orthography (script), enabling non-native speakers to navigate professional documentation and local signage with precision.
Linguistic Fluency (Oral): Facilitate intensive speaking modules focused on pronunciation, conversational flow, and situational confidence within Riyadh’s social and corporate sectors.
Professional Correspondence & Drafting: Instruct students in the technical art of Arabic Letter Drafting, focusing on formal administrative styles, electronic correspondence, and governmental communication standards.
Socio-Cultural Integration: Deliver specialized Saudi Cultural Awareness Workshops, providing critical insights into local business etiquette, social protocols, and the nuances of the Saudi professional environment.
Performance Metrics: Administer weekly standardized assessments to monitor student progress and ensure the attainment of institutional learning objectives.
Technical Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Linguistics, or Education from a recognized institution (Advanced degree preferred).
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in teaching Arabic to non-arabs.
Drafting Proficiency: Mastery of formal Arabic writing styles with the ability to teach complex drafting techniques to non-native speakers.
Linguistic Command: Native-level fluency in Arabic and a high-order command of English for instructional clarity.
Residency: Candidate must be currently based in Riyadh with a valid transferable IQAMA (if applicable).
