I am offering a furnished studio apartment room with attach bathroom. This is good for one person who have excutive job and want live single. This is located in Madinal tul Amaal, Street no 22. Opposite to Khobar Shamalia. The building is new and very nice. Kitchen is not there but you make your place and cook no issue. The rent is including electricity and internet. Preferred decent single/ bachelor. Broker fee will be 300 SAR.

Per month rent is 1,100 SAR and you have to pay in advance for 3 months.
