- Be responsible for on-site safety management in the jurisdiction, coordinate and guide safety officers to carry out daily safety inspections and supervision.
- Organize safety inspections, hidden danger investigation and risk control measures to ensure the effective implementation of safety systems on site.
- Supervise high-risk operations and PTW implementation, and organize Toolbox Talk.
- Organize rectification of safety issues in a timely manner, track closure, and coordinate construction teams to implement safety requirements to ensure safe control of the construction area.
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years of on-site construction safety management experience; experience in regional safety management or team leadership is preferred.
- Familiar with high-risk operation management (e.g., high-altitude, hoisting, temporary electricity, etc.), with on-site problem identification and handling capabilities.
- Overseas project experience is preferred.
