- Be responsible for project quality inspection submission and closed-loop management, lead the preparation and submission of inspection documents such as WIR and MIR, track the supervisor's approval status and coordinate on-site acceptance.
- Be responsible for the closed-loop management of quality issues, including the registration, tracking and closure of SOR (Site Observation Report) and NCR (Non-Conformance Report), ensuring all quality issues are rectified in a timely manner and complete records are formed.
- Be responsible for the collation and filing of quality documents to ensure the completeness, accuracy and traceability of data.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering-related professional background (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, etc.), familiar with construction processes and quality management systems (such as ISO 9001), proficient in inspection and closed-loop processes such as WIR, MIR and NCR, with good document preparation ability and communication coordination ability.
- Able to independently connect with supervisors and relevant parties, promote inspection approval and rectification of issues to close the loop, with good English reading and writing skills.
- Priority will be given to candidates familiar with document management systems such as Aconex; architectural background is preferred.
