-- Be responsible for the procurement of mechanical materials for the project department, and be familiar with the technical parameters, quality standards, specifications and models, and acceptance standards of mechanical professional equipment.
- Control procurement cost, quality, and delivery cycle, and supervise the on-site acceptance, return, exchange, claim and other issues of purchased materials.
- Be responsible for market research, supplier development and management, and establish an approved supplier database.
- Organize supplier inspection, price comparison, negotiation, contract negotiation, and sign procurement and supply agreements.
- Coordinate with the QC department to inspect the incoming materials.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
-- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical professional materials procurement management.
- Familiar with mechanical professional materials required for hotel projects, familiar with material standards and specifications, and able to read construction drawings and technical parameters.
- Proficient in English, Arabic, Urdu, etc.
- Possess certain abilities in price negotiation and price verification.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, and conflict handling ability.
