- Be responsible for the full life cycle management of circulating materials for engineering projects, covering the entire process control of warehousing, outbound, storage, inventory, and maintenance of circulating materials such as steel pipes, fasteners, scaffolding, formwork, square timber, and jacking props.
- Accurately record material specifications, quantity, arrival time, receiving unit, usage location, return status, and loss data to ensure that accounts match physical items and data is clear and traceable.
- Coordinate with the project department and construction teams, reasonably allocate circulating materials according to the construction schedule, and arrange the order of material entry and exit in a coordinated manner to meet construction needs and avoid backlogs or shortages.
- Be responsible for the on-site stacking management of circulating materials, standardize stacking areas, take moisture-proof, rust-proof, and loss-prevention measures, and regularly check the integrity of materials.
- Strictly implement the circulating materials receiving and returning system, verify receiving procedures, supervise the material usage process, and recover on-site circulating materials to eliminate waste and loss, control the loss rate of circulating materials, and reduce project costs.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in circulating materials management, familiar with the types and storage of circulating materials used by construction units.
- Have good on-site communication and coordination skills, and conflict handling ability.
- Familiar with English and proficient in Urdu, etc.
