**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and internal departments.
* Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and official correspondence.
* Handle data entry and maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
* Support procurement activities, including preparing purchase requests, following up with suppliers, and tracking orders.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and documentation.
* Communicate professionally with clients and vendors when required.
* Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical).
* Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

**Requirements:**
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
* Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
