About the Role:
We are a Chinese engineering firm actively executing civil construction projects in South Riyadh. To ensure quality excellence, we are looking for an experienced QC Manager to lead our quality control team on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee project quality control plans and procedures.
Ensure all civil works comply with local Saudi standards, project specs, and international codes.
Lead inspection and testing activities for materials, processes, and completed works.
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives on quality matters.
Lead and mentor the QC team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of QC experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Familiarity with Saudi building codes, ASTM, ACI, or similar standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in Middle East or Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
English fluency required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
