We are a growing RTE salads and cut fruit production facility based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our management team. This is a key role at the heart of our operation, sitting between the Head of Operations and the Production Manager, and owning everything that keeps the facility running smoothly — supply chain coordination, operational documentation, workforce administration, compliance records, and daily reporting.
This is not a desk-only role. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of a fast-paced, high-care food production environment and will need to be present, responsive, and highly accurate at all times.
What you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Identifying daily raw material and packaging requirements and passing order recommendations to the admin team for approval
- Tracking supplier deliveries, managing rejections, and monitoring supplier performance
- Owning all operational documentation including shift logs, traceability records, temperature monitoring, and sanitation schedules
- Ensuring all records from both day and night shifts are completed, accurate, and filed each day
Supporting the QC Manager with production-side audit documentation — QC records are owned by the QC team
- Managing shift rotas, timesheets, attendance records, and agency staff coordination
- Compiling and sending a daily operations update to the Head of Operations every day
Tracking all non-conformances through to closure and producing weekly KPI summaries.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years experience in a food manufacturing, or operations coordination role.
Good understanding of food safety, HACCP principles, and traceability — QC expertise not required but awareness is essential
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office — Excel and Word in particular
Strong written and spoken English
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-care production environment
