We are looking for an experienced Steel Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain.
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in steel fabrication
Strong experience in managing fabrication workshops
Proven ability to increase production speed and efficiency
Experience in fabrication methods for large quantity / mass production
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Strong leadership and team management skills
Currently available in Bahrain (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fabrication activities and workforce
Improve workflow, productivity, and production output
Implement efficient fabrication techniques for high-volume jobs
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Coordinate with engineers and management
