Total Reliance is expanding! We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Distribution Specialist to help us bring globally trending skincare brands—including K-Beauty favorites—to professional partners across the Kingdom.
THE ROLE
As our lead B2B representative, you won't just be "selling"—you’ll be building a premium distribution network. You will identify new opportunities, negotiate shelf space, and train pharmacy and spa staff to become brand advocates.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Expand the Network: Onboard new B2B accounts (Pharmacies, Spas, and Beauty Boutiques).
• Manage Relationships: Be the face of our brand, ensuring our partners are stocked, trained, and supported.
• Drive Results: Meet sales targets and execute in-store and other locations activations to ensure our products fly off the shelves.
• Market Insight: Keep us ahead of the curve by monitoring beauty trends and competitor activity in Bahrain.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• The Experience: 3–5 years in outdoor sales within the Bahraini beauty, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sector.
• The Network: You already have the "keys" to the city—existing relationships with pharmacy chains and spas are a major plus!
• The Hustle: A self-motivated closer who can explain the science of a serum just as well as they can negotiate a contract.
• The Logistics: You must have a valid Bahraini driving license and your own vehicle.
• The Language: Fluent English is a must; Arabic is highly preferred.
